We are in need of a Accounts Payable/Administrative Assistant.
Job Title:
Accounts Payable / Administrative Assistant Work Location:
Slater, Iowa Full-time Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Take care of all accounts payable.
Reconcile all gas and credit card receipts.
Upload all credit card transactions into Quick Books.
Keep track of Iowa Sales and use tax.
Run vendor 1099 forms and keep track of all paperwork.
Banking remote deposit daily.
Administrative tasks for the executive team.
Assist the Executive Team with various projects.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma and work experience.
